Aspiring Bakers 7# - Rich Cocoa Pudding

我喜欢可爱的蕾丝,所以不小心把布丁装饰成这样了 >o<




香浓可可布丁

材料
A
可可粉 1/2杯 (我建议使用品质好的)
幼糖 1杯 (我减少到半杯)
奶粉 1/2杯
盐 1/2小匙
粟米粉/cornstarch 4大匙
水 4 1/4杯 (约1060g)
云尼拉香精 1/2小匙
Jelly粉/Konnyaku粉 10g

无盐牛油 3大匙

做法:
1. 将A材料的粉末全部晒过备用,之后倒入大碗中搅拌均匀,放入锅中用中火煮到浓稠,离火搅拌。(如果颗粒太严重必须过筛保持布丁的柔滑)
2. 加入牛油搅拌均匀。
3. 倒入布丁模型里冷却后,包上保鲜膜放进冰箱冷冻,吃之前可以用白巧克力或是炼乳来装饰。

光光滑滑的身体,可以任君摆设自己喜欢的东西,这是姐姐的创意!
那六粒饼干是她儿子吃的小饼干哦!呵呵~

这是我自己装饰后还剩下白巧克力时所写的,有我朋友们的名字哦!

当然也有我自己的名字!

Rich Cocoa Pudding

Ingredient
A
good quality cocoa powder 1/2 cup
castor sugar 1 cup (I reduce to 1/2 cup)
milk powder 1/2 cup
salt 1/2 tsp
cornstarch 4tbsp
water 4 1/4 cup (approx 1060g)
vanilla essence 1/2tsp
jelly powder / Konnyaku 10g

unsalted butter 3tbsp

Method:
1. Sieve the flour mixture. Add A ingredients to a big bowl and mix well. Cook the mixture using medium heat and stir till thick.
2. Close fire and continue to stir, put butter and stir till combine.
3. Pour the mixture into pudding mold and left cool under room temperature for awhile. Refrigerate and serve.
4. Before serve you can decorate it using white chocolate or condensed milk.
(Btw, I deco it like laced-pattern pudding using white chocolate,and also around the plate I use extra white chocolate to write my name and draw few bows ^^")
