Aspiring Bakers #7 - 巧克力小杯糕

蒸巧克力杯糕

材料:
超幼面粉 250g
可可粉 75g
糖粉 700g (我减少到500g)
牛油 250g
苏打粉 1茶匙
蛋 3粒
热水 1碗 *** (以下有图作例子)

装饰:
甜巧克力 / 砂糖

做法:
1.搅打牛油和糖粉。
2.逐粒加入蛋
3.最后拌入面粉料和可可粉,与热水间隔加入。
4.面糊倒入纸杯,蒸10分钟。

这巧克力小杯糕是真的很可爱很好吃。(但我建议大家把糖的分量减少到越少越好)
因为500g对我来说还是很甜

蒸蛋糕对于不想吃得太热,或是没有烘炉的朋友们来说是个很好的甜点哦!
而且做法也很容易!材料也是很容易就可以买到了,很棒吧?


为了让小杯糕更可爱,我在蛋糕上面洒了糖粉,而且用心型来代替。
送人的时候也可以这样装饰哦! 如果有撒糖粉专用的形状纸模型的朋友也可以善用哦!

这样小杯糕看起来就比较吸引比较可爱,也比较可口!

Steamed Chocolate Muffin

Ingredients:
Superfine flour 250g
Cocoa Powder 75g
Icing Sugar 700g (I reduced to 500g,but I recommended to reduce more)
Butter 250g
Soda Bicarbonate 1tsp
Eggs 3nos.
Hot Water 1 bowl *** (Photo is shown below)

Decorating:
Cooking Chocolate / Icing Sugar (optional)

Methods:
1. Beat butter and icing sugar
2. Fold in egg one by one.
3. Finally fold in flour and cocoa powder alternatively with hot water.
4. Pour into paper cups and steam for 10 minutes.
